Rice with vegetables (recipe). Wash 1 cup of rice, drain in a colander. Heat a little oil or melted butter in a pot, add 1 teaspoon of GARAM masala. After a few seconds, add the pepper cut into pieces, fry for half a minute. Add 2 cups of finely chopped vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, beans, etc.) and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Add rice, mix again. add 2 cups of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, mix again, bring to a boil. After reducing the heat, cook for another 12-20 minutes (depending on the type of rice), until the rice absorbs all the water, becomes soft and fluffy. After 5 minutes, fluff the rice with a fork.
