Nettles (Urtica dioica) have been used for centuries in traditional folk medicine, cosmetics and cooking in various countries. Nettle is a plant found practically all over the world. The leaves and stems of the plant are covered with fragile, hair-like formations that cause irritation when touched. Dried nettle contains over 30% protein and 24% fibre per 100 grams. Dragon Superfoods organic nettle powder is grown in an ecologically clean environment in Bulgaria. This product is not sterilised!
