Recommended use : Pour 2 cups of water into a wide pot and bring to a boil. Stir in 1 cup of pumpkin seeds, cover and bring to a boil again. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. When the Quinoa is properly prepared, you can see that small "tails" have sprouted from the seeds. Then you can use the Quinoa as a base for a breakfast bowl, for a salad or as an addition to a meal.
