Ghee butter is melted butter that contains no water, no milk proteins and no milk sugar - it is pure butter oil. Ghi is not as dense or creamy as butter, it is soft and crystalline. It has an intense, delicious buttery smell and its taste is excellent, with a nutty aroma and a slight cheesy note. Ghee can be perfectly combined with all foods and ingredients.

Ghee can be used as a butter or oil for food, but it is also highly appreciated as an ingredient or base for cosmetic or therapeutic products - as a cream to replenish, for rough skin, to refresh the eye area, or as a baby-care product. It can also be used as an insomnia aid in combination with warm milk.
