Lavender essential oil, Ancient, 10 ml

Lavender has been used and cultivated for centuries for its unique aroma and countless benefits. In ancient times, Egyptians and Romans used lavender for bathing, relaxation, cooking and as a perfume.

When used topically, lavender is often used to soothe cracks in the skin. Add to bath water to relieve stress, or rub on the cheeks and back of the neck. Add a few drops of lavender to pillows, bed linen or the soles of your feet to relax and prepare for a restful sleep. The versatile properties of lavender make it a must-have oil.

Usage:

Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to pillows, bedding or the bottoms of your feet before bed.

Keep a bottle of lavender handy for occasional skin irritations.

Freshen up your linen cupboard, mattress, car or air by mixing lavender with water in a spray bottle.

Directions for use:

Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser of your choice.

Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the desired area. Dilute with our fractionated coconut oil to reduce skin sensitivity.
