Henna powder is derived from a shrub called henine lavsonia (Lawsonia inermis) that grows in India, North Africa and the Middle East. It is used as a natural decorative hand and foot dye. Traditionally, the bride’s arms and legs were decorated with intricate designs before the wedding day. Whether it’s traditional wedding drawings or fun henna tattoo parties, this pure Henna (Mehandi) powder is perfect for a deep long-lasting color.
Henna powder is also known to be useful in hair treatment as a conditioner to help make hair smooth, silky and stronger.

Due to the properties of the plant, they also naturally color and darken the hair.

Use of powder for body painting:

1. Use the required amount of henna powder (about 30g)
2. Add enough lemon juice to make the paste smooth (lemon juice activates and helps extract color from henna powder)
3. Add 5-6 drops of eucalyptus and clove oil and mix well.
4. Cover the bowl and keep in a warm place for at least 4-6 hours.
5. Henna paste is ready to use. Mix well before use.

To draw hands and feet:
For complex drawings, the paste can be filled with special cones. Wash hands and feet thoroughly before use.
Once the drawing is drawn, leave for at least 5-6 hours to get a good and rich dark color.

FOR HAIR:

1. Use 50-100 g of henna powder, depending on the length of the hair, and pour into a container.
2. Add lemon juice and create a solid paste. Lemon juice will activate the color of henna . You can also add 10-15 ml of avocado or sesame oil and 10 g of Ayumi Amla powder.
3. Cover the pan and place in a warm place overnight.
4. Add 5-6 drops of essential oil such as eucalyptus, clove or lavender oil.
5. Stir well, henna paste is ready to use.
6. Apply the paste to your hair to ensure an even coverage.
7. Cover your hair with a disposable shower cap.
8. Wipe excess henna off the hair line with a wet cloth.
9. Wait 2-4 hours. Unwrap and rinse with warm water.
10. Shampoo and rinse. Allow the hair to dry naturally.

Allergic reactions:

It is a natural product. A skin test would be recommended to avoid any reactions due to individual sensitivity to the product. Apply a small amount of puree behind your ear and wait 24 hours. If there is no redness or itching, then the product is safe for you to use.
