Ayurvedic jam Svedaprash, Everest Ayurveda, 200g

Svedaprash is a pure herbal jam recommended by Ayurveda for skin care and good complexion. Disorders of the skin tissue are caused by improper nutrition, impurities in the large intestine, blood toxicity, dehydration, excessive consumption of sugar and salt, fat or chemical stimulants. It causes skin allergies, infections, eczema, atopic dermatitis, urticaria, itchy skin, psoriasis, rashes, rosacea, acne, boils, mycosis, candidiasis, warts, pigment spots and hemorrhoids.

Ingredients: rubia cordifolia, santalum album, terminalia chebula, piper nigrum, curcuma longa, emblica officinalis, berberis aristata, zingiber officinale, vitis vinifera, piper longum, terminalia bellirica, tinospora cordifolia, cinnamomum zeylanicum, glycyrrhiza glabra , ghee (clarified melted butter) , palm syrup.

Quantity: 200 g of herbal jam

Recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon (5g) 2-3 times a day alone or with a cup of lukewarm milk or water. To prepare the drink, mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) with 250 ml of warm water.

Usage:

We recommend using a maximum of two herbal elixirs at a time. More elixirs can be changed in a day or week if we use them to normalize the symptoms of a disturbed body or mind balance. For optimal effect, use only one elixir at a time, one hour before meals. For a more complex body-mind restoration therapy, elixirs should be used for a longer Ayurvedic treatment period of 1 to 3 months, with dosage as indicated on the label. The specific taste of each elixir reflects part of its therapeutic action and corresponds to the Ayurvedic properties of the six flavors.
