The minimum course of use is 40-60 days. There is no break between courses.

"For gradual cleansing and restoration of the digestive tract, it is best to mix 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder with a glass of clean water and leave it overnight to settle. The next morning, you should drink the water without stirring so that the sediment remains on the bottom. Then it is necessary to pour it back into a glass of water, mix it well and let it stand all day and drink it in the evening without stirring it.Then discard the remaining sediment and prepare a fresh drink for the next day according to the same technology.

If this dose is too relaxing or causes any reaction, drink only 1 glass per day. Let the second glass stand until the next morning. At the same time, 1 teaspoon will be enough for two days. If it still causes a strong reaction, reduce the amount of powder to half a teaspoon. For maximum effect, continue this treatment for three to six months."*
