Strengthening massage oil Ksheer Bala, Maharishi Ayurveda, 100ml

Ksheer Bala Oil is a premium Maharishi Ayurvedic massage oil. The Sanskrit name 'Ksheer' means 'milk' and the word 'Bala' means 'strength'. This popular classic Ayurvedic oil is highly praised by Vaidyas (Ayurvedic scholars) and Panchakarma practitioners.

Ancient Ayurvedic texts state that this traditional Ayurvedic oil strengthens the body. The best, matured sesame oil, prepared by boiling many times with expensive herbs and milk, is the basis of this high quality oil with sida (Sida Cordifolia). This reduces Vata dosha.

Usage: Traditionally, Ksheer Bala oil (also known as Ksheerabala Thailam) is used in a variety of ways, e.g. for full body and joint massages like Shirodhara forehead treatment oil or Panchakarma basti application.

Ingredients (INCI): Sesame indicum (sesame oil), cow's milk, Sida cordifolia, Rubia cordifolia, Curcuma longa (turmeric).
