Ksheerabala Enna is a wonderful Ayurvedic oil with a mild scent. Ksheerabala is similar to Mahanarayana Thailam but with cooling properties. It has a very relaxing effect - an oil bath or massage with Ksheerabala Enna before bedtime is ideal.
Use:
Ksheerabala Enna massage oil does not contain emulsifiers and can therefore be thick at lower temperatures. For optimum use, the oil is gently warmed to 36-40°C in a warm water bath. Shake the bottle well before use.
Massage: allow the oil to soak into the skin for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight, before rinsing it off in the bath or shower.
