Borage oil is an edible oil that is 60% polyunsaturated fat and contains about twice as much gamma linolenic acid (GLA) as evening primrose oil. GLA is an essential fatty acid.

Ingredients (1 capsule): Borage seed oil (Borago officinalis) - 1g.

Additional ingredients: Softgel (bovine gelatine, glycerine, water). Contains no yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish or shellfish. Manufactured in a GMP facility where other ingredients containing these allergens are processed.

Suggested Use: Take 1 softgel 1-2 times a day, preferably with meals.
