Dried Indian fruits with ginger Amalaki Ginger, Everest Ayurveda, 100g

​Since ancient times, Vedic sages in India have considered Amla (Amalaki) a "heavenly fruit" because of the many antioxidants it contains, including vitamin C, which boosts immunity and strengthens the body's cleansing of free radicals. One pack of Amla (100g) contains three days of regular intake of Vitamin C. When the need for vitamin C increases, which may occur due to reduced immunity, illness, recovery, sports activities and other physical or mental stress, it is recommended to consume one package per day.

Recommended daily rate: 10 slices per day
