Pita dosha in Ayurveda is responsible for supporting digestion, metabolism and the liver, regulating body temperature, regenerating the skin and stimulating brain function. In balance, it provides a sense of calm and balance. The traditional blend of Himalayan herbs, proven over centuries, has a beneficial effect on people with the predominant qualities of this dosha:

Good for restoring balance in Pita dosha: cooler food and drink, alternating activities and relaxation, sufficient fluids. Ptta types should use oils and creams to protect the skin, avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures, smoking, drugs and alcohol. They should limit fatty, heavy, salty and spicy foods, avoid overeating and eat smaller portions several times a day.

Ingredients: mentha arvensis, Emblica officinalis, Coriandrum sativum, Pterocarpus marsupium, Tinospora cordifolia, Centella asiatica, Asparagus racemosus, Foeniculum vulgare, Cuminum cyminum, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Cymbopogon citratus, Santalum album.

Quantity: 100 g loose tea

Recommended dosage: 2-3 cups per day.

Preparation and use: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (approx. 2 g) is boiled in water for 3-5 minutes, or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to steep for 10 minutes. A maximum of two types of tea at a time is recommended. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.

Keep away from children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
