Tinospora cordifolia (heart-leaved drabsna) helps maintain optimal joint function. It may help to support cartilage nutrition and regeneration, and strengthen the overall resistance of the musculoskeletal system.
Cinnamomum cassia (Cinnamon cinnamon) helps maintain joint mobility.
Mentha arvensis (spearmint) helps to relax muscles and joint stiffness.
Ingredients: tinosporacordifolia, cinnamomum cassia, mentha arvensis, cinnamomum zeylanicum, pinus sylvestris.
Quantity: 100 g loose tea.
Recommended dosage: 2 cups per day.
Preparation and use: One teaspoon of the herbal mixture (about 2 g) is boiled in water for 3-5 minutes, or simply pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to steep for 10 minutes. A maximum of two types of tea at a time is recommended. The specific taste of each tea is part of its effect and corresponds to the Ayurvedic health properties of the six flavours. Thus, it is not recommended to use any sweeteners.
Keep away from children. It is not recommended to exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
