Ingredients (per 500 mg tablet): acacia (acacia arabica) - 100 mg, blossom stem (Brahmi, Bacopa monnieri) stem and leaf powder - 60 mg, sleepworm (Ashwagandha, Witania Somnifera) root powder - 60 mg, coarse wax (Petha, Beninka) - 60 mg, Shankhpushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis) powder - 60 mg, Chora (Angelica glauca) powder - 40 mg, Jyotishmati (Celastrus paniculatus) powder - 40 mg, calcium coral powder - 40 mg licorice root (Mulethi, Glycyrrhiza glabra) root powder - 40 mg.

Usage : adults should take 1-2 tablets at bedtime with a glass of water. It is recommended to use for at least 2-3 months to achieve a better effect.
