Ayurvedic drink Amla Ginger, Everest Ayurveda, 100g

Ingredients: emblica officinalis (Indian leaf, amla, amalaki), Zingiber officinale (true ginger) powder.

Recommended dosage: 2-3 cups per day.

Preparation: For a healthy and delicious drink, mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of the finely ground mixture with 250 ml of warm water and add honey to your taste. The drink powder can also be added to cocktails and fresh juices.

Usage: Preparing Ayurvedic hot drinks is different from boiling or infusing herbal teas. The ground powder or churna is consumed directly by mixing it in a warm liquid. Unlike instant hot drinks where additives dissolve its contents in a chemical solution, pure Amla drink mixes are prepared from 100% natural RAW quality and contain no preservatives or additives. Therefore, finely ground powder never dissolves in water. The most valuable part of the drink is this ground mixture of herbs, which must be mixed in warm water and then drunk with the entire contents, adding a teaspoon of honey. Honey is used in Ayurveda as a means to better absorb herbs into the body's tissues.
