Recommended dosage: 2-3 cups per day.

Preparation: For a healthy and tasty drink, mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of the finely ground mixture with 250 ml of warm water and add honey to your taste. The powder can also be added to smoothies and fresh juices.

Use: The preparation of Ayurvedic hot drinks is different from brewing or infusing herbal teas. The ground powder or 'churna' is consumed directly by stirring in a warm liquid. Unlike instant hot drinks, where additives dissolve its contents in a chemical solution, pure Amla drink mixes are prepared from 100% natural RAW quality and do not contain any preservatives or additives. The finely ground powder therefore never dissolves in water. The most valuable part of the drink is this ground herbal mixture, which should be mixed in warm water and then drunk with the entire contents, adding a teaspoon of honey. Honey is used in Ayurveda as a means to better absorb the herbs into the body tissues.
