Ksheerabala 101 (processed 101 times) has many properties due to its ingredients and production method. It contains, among other things, the herb Bala (Sida Cordifolia), milk and pure sesame oil. Bala normalizes the imbalance of Vata, milk according to the principles of Ayurveda has a cooling effect, refreshes the body and mind. Sesame oil returns the increased amount of Vata dosha to normal.
