The fruit of Amla is commonly known as Indian gooseberry or Amalaki.
It is one of the most commonly used herbs in Ayurvedic medicine. Amla is rich in vitamin C and is a powerful natural antioxidant.
Regular use of Amla strengthens the hair follicles, gives shine, combats excessive scaling of the scalp, provides shine, prevents premature graying and hair loss, and stimulates growth.
Usage: Mix the required amount of Amla powder with warm water. Apply on washed, slightly damp hair, massaging it into the scalp (do not rub into the hair). Hold for 30-45 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
