YOGI Kanthika Plus is a 100% Ayurvedic preparation with absolutely no sugar. When sucking YOGI Kanthika Plus dragees, the throat muscles absorb the herbal juice and soothe the throat from tickling, pain and irritation and all other throat problems.

1 dragee - 60mg:

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza or ind.Mulethi) (lot.Giycyrrhiza glabra) is the main ingredient in YOGI Kanthika Plus - 72%, provides relief from sore throat in case of cough or hoarseness.
It acts as an anti-inflammatory ingredient in inflammation of the pharynx, angina, tonsillitis.

Ginger makes up 10% (ginger medicinal or ind. Sunth.) (Latin: Zinziber officinale) - helps reduce sore throat, pain and swelling, eliminate sputum and relieve spasms associated with intense cough. It can also be effective in reducing allergies that can be the cause of respiratory illnesses such as asthma and bronchitis.

Scented nutmeg - 4.5% (ind. Jaiphal) (lot.Myristica fragrans) helps to clear the throat from excess sputum, improve voice quality and revitalize breathing.

Tulsi - 2.5% (Tulsi sacred narrow-leaved basil or Ocasi Sanctum) (Latin: Ocimum Sanctum) provides relief from cough and also acts as an oral disinfectant. Its antibacterial properties help prevent the development of respiratory infections.

Kubeba pepper - 2.0% (ind. Shitalchini) (Latin: Piper cubeba) helps relieve sinusitis and reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa.

Fragrant clove - 2.0% (ind. Lyang Tel) (lot.Syzygium aromaticum) relieves cough and reduces throat irritation, refreshes breathing.

Peppermint oil - 2.0% (ind. Pudina Tel) (lot.Mentha piperata) helps reduce bacterial asthma and revitalizes the mouth with mint aroma.

Camphor Cinnamon - 2.0% (ind. Kapoor) (Latin: Cinnamomum camphora) helps relieve the pain and discomfort caused by coughing.

Acacia gum - 2.0% (ind. Babool Ki goond) (Latin: Acacia arabica) soothes membranes from sore throats, helps relieve cough.

Nutmeg - 0.5% (Ind. Javitri) (lot.Myristica fragrans) helps to eliminate wet and dry cough, revitalizes breathing, improves appetite.

Cardamom - 0.5% (ind.Elaichi) (lot.Eiettaria Cardamoni) helps to eliminate wet and dry cough.

Sucking on each granule has a soothing effect and helps relieve sore throats.

Usage:

YOGI Kanthika Plus can be used at any time of the day as a supplement to other medications. The effect on the throat can be felt after 1-2 days.

Dosage:

age group 5 to 12 years: 1-2 dragees, sucking 5-6 times a day.
in the age group over 12 years: 2-3 dragees, sucking 5-6 times a day.

Warning for pregnant women:

not recommended during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Can be used after the first trimester (only after consultation with your doctor).
